I agree that Japan suffers from criminal levels of incompetent stagnation due to their corporate structure. I hate to see what IP like Final Fantasy have become, but it's abit unfair to say their superiority complex is completely unwarranted. i skip every cutscene so the events take ~20 mins at most, then ~20-30 once for weeklies
~2 hours on story once a month
its really not bad if you just skip every cutscene and piece of hoyoslop dialogue
