Ultron is meant for picking off weak targets while hiding behind structures and attacking from angles it's difficult to attack him from. There's only like a handful of Duelist characters that can consistently or reliably threaten him and even less in Vanguard and Strategist. If you play Ultron right he doesn't die very often.
