mainly just nautika and a healer who pairs well with her, either MP cause his euphoria makes him contribute easily to bloodtithe and heals low HP allys a decent chunk or fatutu who buffs semmelweiss's & nautika's follow-up damage (and nautika's ult counts as follow-up). Semmelweiss's euphoria pairs perfectly with nautika but eternitys first euphoria is better if your using her for nautika than her second because her 2nd is greedy with consuming bloodtithe you 100% want to save so nautika ult's do massive damage
