Does anyone recognize this bug? Any idea what mod might be causing it? I heavily modded my game, and am going to need to disable things one by one.

This is a fresh save to test things, she attempts to talk to me, and vibrates in place while a slight whining noise plays in the background.

Her sprite also seems to be a bit corrupted, somehow.
