just like you, rock lee has no talent and no ability and no skills. however he still tried, and during the series he went from a nobody into the student of the men who punched modella in the face.

So in short, as naruto once said to rock lee in episode 2 of the series: "Belive in it!" and he did, and that is how rock lee grew into the stone, and the foundation, for the series we know and love today.
