So really the artstyle of Heavy Gear 3 could go anywhere, but I do have my doubts on it being stylized like the /tg/ stuff. It would just be hard to translate a 2D artstyle into 3D, not impossible, there's plenty of games that can do it, but those games are almost always Jap developed. FMV is very much of it's era, seen as cheesy these days do I don't think they'll go for that either. My bet is either in-game realistic 3D puppets, or Blender porn rendered 3D puppets.
