Unironically yes. From my ignorant ass grunt view a LARGE chunk of wealth in america is being sat on by a relatively small amount of people that really dont have any plans for it and if they do its to overpay for frivolous shit like spending a year living out of a 3000/night hotel. Which they are only able to do because so much time has been spent taking advantage of Americas image so theyve successfully negotiated lower pay for the location with immigrants and pump their own bags.
