I've been meaning to get a new plate carrier for a while now.

Issue is I've got really specific needs. I'm a wiry fuck with big traps, so 90% of the PC market is too big, but the woman's XS I have has a narrow collar and the straps sit entirely on the muscles at the base of my neck (not ideal)

Ideally I'm also looking for a slick/covert one since I already have a separate rig built.

With all this in mind, any suggestions? I'm almost thinking of getting an airsoft/soft vest and converting it, since a lot of the vests on the "tactical" market are either hella expensive or not what I'm looking for
