The bid/ask-size was curious during this time as well. After that halt that occurred on February 6th 2023, every single data point showing the buy and sell orders were ALWAYS outpaced on the sell side. At any moment someone sent in a buy order, that number was surpassed by sales. When it was completely the opposite for the entire week prior.

I think it is. He became a complete embarrassment to Virtu, going so far as to cringe-post his support for genocide. The guy is clearly in some hot water. Normally, if you force-bankrupt a massive national company like this I would imagine you would want to lay low. There were billions and billions of shareholder value that was stolen. I'd imagine someone who won would be off celebrating. He grovels before RC and Pulte too. It's all just so weird and it really only makes sense that all of this DD has been true the whole time.

There was an article I read back in 2023 and it was titled something like "How to spot an M&A" or something like that and literally all of the bullet points applied to BBBY.
The real question here is this: Was BBBY all just some trick being played? Could we go out and pick any struggling stock and then just start combing over documents and watching the individuals involved and then form as compelling a case as what we have in BBBY? I don't think so. I think we found something special.
