There's rumors that Billy has a S-rank in the pipes, which'd be nice. That guy seems like he's got way too much of a past to just permanently ignore outside the brief mentions in SoC story.
I don't know what they could really do with Nicole though. She seems like the kind of character who'd just get an s-rank update "because lol" with nothing really interesting to it.
