Yeah, when I first started this game, I was led to believe we'd be following The Cunning Hares throughout various hi jinx as they get in and out of trouble with police, and local corruptions, monsters of the weeks, and visits to outer ring, but then it shifted away from them.

Like, I was looking forward to the Vision case being something that we would see Nicole deal with firsthand.

Instead they literally THREW Perlman out the plot and Nicole stopped bringing up the Vision case. Seeing these street level hooligans interact with the various different powers at play throughout the story would've been fun.

Though, I get it would probably make it kind of awkward to shove the current banner character playstyles in your face if the cunning hares had to be in the story as well, but still. They were such fun to see weave in and out of trouble.

That's my main complain with the game at this point. They keep on adding new characters for the gacha and advancing the main story, but aren't really paying that much attention to old characters.

I wish for each new patch, they'd do an agent story or event of one of the older characters. Doesn't need to advance the main story, but it would at least advance the world building more.

I know, I tried playing it already, but sometimes the skip button is really just a fast-forward button, and other times you're forced to walk around in the little shitty town and look for the right NPCs to talk to, and the combat segments are just a mashfest for the entire main story, etc... It's just too much work for a pseudo-RPG that I already know won't be worth playing, so I end up sticking with lower production value gachas that don't waste as much of my time with totally pointless flavor text. The point of these types of games is the progression, for me.

Besides those I've also see people use Jufufu, Yuzuha, and Seed with her, all in various combinations. I don't use the team myself though so I can't really help with it. Checking youtube for recent S11 clears could help give you an idea of what team to consider.

It's still fun. The MSQs since 2.0 have been pretty good for the most part. Spook Shack is great. The events need to be less braindead though, give me more combat events. I'm pretty close to just dropping the game, unfortunately. Alice and Yuzuha were fun, but other than a brief bump with Vivian, it feels to me like the game has no idea where it wants to really go. Anyone S-rank is worth owning, particularly when you don't have many. Though some like nekomata aren't really as good as others, it won't really affect you on anything but the hardest content(and even that's not a hurdle if you get pretty good.)
