Archie is an abomination.

It started off as a lame comic designed for toddlers so they beg their parents to buy Sonic games, but soon became infested with awful original characters, an atrocious fanfictiony plot, and an insane diaper wearing audience. The comics are a disgusting mockery of everything Sonic stands for. And the fanbase is filled with the most whiny and toxic cunts imaginable. I'm so glad Archie is dead and gone.

I can't imagine being a diaperfag in this current year. Regulated to crying and whining about your chipmunk waifu being obsolete in echo chambers because everyone else in this already terminally autistic fanbase thinks YOU'RE the odd one out of all things and mentally insane. But alas I don't blame them. Diaperfags are special kind of cancer, they act like ShitAM and Archieshit (at least preboot) is some essential piece of lore to the main series and have been doing so since the dawn of the sonic fanbase. They treat a poorly written, cringe worthy, melodramatic soap opera fanfiction like literal gospel and expect everybody to follow suit while the JP lore and canon is just much more simpler, kino and less of a clusterfuck and the majority of the fanbase agrees. They rely on mental gymnastics to defend their garbage but surprise surprise they stutter like a broken record when you feasibly tear down their 90's environmental advertisement and call you a *jap purist* when you don't have to exclusively like the Japanese canon to realize how fucking subpar their trash is.
