I'll sum up my huge blogpost with a shorter, punchier statement. As a fellow ZZZ day 2 player:
The game lost all of it's identity, lost it's decent and cohesive story (mostly unfulfilled promises). They gutted the original team, the people who came to pick it up have no passion for it (or plan for it). Everyone has noticed they make characters based on analytics and metrics. No one spends. That's the jist of it.
