Orphie's design is more fitting for both her faction and ZZZ as a whole, her animations are much more characterful than Seed's in addition to not having the same start-up delay, and unlike Seed she's a two-character agent where both of them have full personalities rather than one being dead.

I don't really expect her to surpass Seed, being a second-half banner, but I wouldn't exactly be surprised if she reaches approximate parity, which is still damning.

I think it's less to damage control her motivations, and more to damage control just how awful a person she was.
