No, they are around the same height, not slightly smaller. And i think the new Steel Haze kit will be only around 25cm head height, with 2cm extra come from the rocket launcher. It is definitely not on the same scale of Decoction model - which are nothing more than anniversary toys for Variable Infinity fans.
