I'm still not too sure, but there's a couple aspects on this server.
You can grind for level resets, which will give you about 250 additional stat points starting from level 1. Resets increase in price (and countdown time) the higher they go. Level resets are done on the bless website.

There's two types of kill-quest chains. One rewards you with useful misc. stuff and the other seems to reward you with currency orbs that are used to modify gear. The rewards are good, so these seem hard to pass up. You can only complete each quest once.

Then there's two profession advancements and the Marlon Quest that increases your stat gain. Profession quests are permanent, Marlon Quest resets with each... reset.

During all of this, I think you're meant to hoard stuff that's good for the chaos goblin crafting. You'll need wings to access some zones and there's various PvE and PvP events (that I have not really checked out yet) that require special items to enter.

It's worth mentioning that this game is kind of meant to be afk-grinded. I guess you can do all of this manually, but the actual grinding is pretty dull.
