Only Marlon's quest, which requires level 220 and gives you 1 additional stat point per level. It seems no other quests reset, not the ones from the Quest Master, and not the class advancement quests.

are the devil invitations a group activity or is it a solo boss? also did anyone read anything about the map-system? I imagine it's something similar to what Path of Exile does for its endgame - semi-random zones/dungeons filled with monsters that potentially drop juicy loot. maybe I'm totally wrong though, and it's just a boss ticket.

I'm very confused. As an elf, I deal far more damage (around 2000 per hit) with sword+shield, compared to using a bow/crossbow (around 400), despite the difference in the weapons' stats being very small. The sword has somewhat slower attack speed, but it's still significantly better, even compared to using Triple Shot...
...But I've now found out that my best damage is with no weapon at all. Bare-handed, my damage per hit is barely inferior, yet my attack speed is far superior, resulting in my best DPS. What the hell?

how's the range on sword and unarmed though, is the area of effect big enough so you can grind with it?
I'm mostly loyal to my bow because it grants me triple shot, which is mana efficient and can 'shotgun' people with all three projectiles. Multi-Shot is stronger against big groups, but I can't sustain its "A G" cost.

yeah, you lose access to that buff pretty soon.
one thing that I can report is that resets come easier as you progress. the additional stats that you get after resetting enable you to grind in higher level zones earlier, which makes you reach level 310 sooner.
of course, the jews do gate your progress with the website timer for resets to make you pay up for VIP.

I'm too poor to reset lol. I didn't even notice that it takes a huge chunk of gold.

Range is not that good, as I have to be up close, and there are no AoE abilities to hit multiple enemies at once.
With a bow/crossbow, when all 3 hits from Triple Shot connect, the damage might be about as good, but that implies walking up to a single enemy's face anyway, and even then it's inconsistent. Monsters don't aggro when you hit them from a distance, so I can't use it for that either.
I still benefit from bows after resetting, when enemies are killed in one hit, but later I rely on my bare fists. It really doesn't make much sense.

This blue guy with wings in Arkania also gives you quests, but the only rewards seem to be jewels. He's also called Quest Master.

I'm still not too sure, but there's a couple aspects on this server.
You can grind for level resets, which will give you about 250 additional stat points starting from level 1. Resets increase in price (and countdown time) the higher they go. Level resets are done on the bless website.

There's two types of kill-quest chains. One rewards you with useful misc. stuff and the other seems to reward you with currency orbs that are used to modify gear. The rewards are good, so these seem hard to pass up. You can only complete each quest once.

Then there's two profession advancements and the Marlon Quest that increases your stat gain. Profession quests are permanent, Marlon Quest resets with each... reset.

During all of this, I think you're meant to hoard stuff that's good for the chaos goblin crafting. You'll need wings to access some zones and there's various PvE and PvP events (that I have not really checked out yet) that require special items to enter.

It's worth mentioning that this game is kind of meant to be afk-grinded. I guess you can do all of this manually, but the actual grinding is pretty dull.

rolling on the highest pop server wasn't a good idea. all the important farming spots are constantly taken.
this 3rd profession quest is a major pain in the ass because of that - you have to farm 9 items from mobs that have ~3 minute respawn times.

Mages get them from Scrolls and the other classes from Crystals or Orbs that are dropped by enemies. I think you can also buy some of the skills from NPCs in town or in the cash shop (with the currency you get for voting in toplists through the site).

I'm very close to completing the first step of the 3rd profession quest and I fully expect to be cockblocked by the kill quests that follow.

The Horn Of Hell Maine farming spot was hell,. In that location there's a mob which steals your mana, a mob that freezes and hits you and a mob that pushes you around while dealing a boatload of damage.

it will take a long time to even reach level 100, but the reset level is much lower, at 240, and you start with 2000 stat points
if it takes less gold in total to reach max resets and that i'll just have to afk for longer then it's fine, i just hope that the reset price on website is actually 7kk and not some bug

Damn. Haven't played MU online since bloody 2005. Wild shit on private servers back then. How p2w is this server? I remember back in the day you could outright just buy gear with full options in every single private server.

Did not expect to see mu on here, let alone bless.

you "cant" buy gear from admins outright, but buying server's servers currency is necessary to play competitively.
Owner has an empire of private servers and has made millions from it.
That said it's still one of the best servers out there. It's stable, active and they have staff on payroll.
