I fall into the latter camp. No yukkuri abyuse is too far, but I don't like to see real animals/people get hurt. There's something about yukkuri, though, that makes me want to give each and every one 40 days and 40 nights of nightmarish torture. Especially Takumi's yukkuri, which make me seethe with the fury of a thousand suns.

If you stick around long enough to read the abyuse material, you'll eventually get what I mean.
