Primarily, a source. Telling me "make webms of this" and making me look for it myself is a great way to ensure me putting it off or not doing it at all. What the other anon said, time ranges help a lot too, especially if it's a longer video. Lastly, just asking nicely for it, not just dumping a link in my thread and expecting to come back to finished webms. The only times I've outright denied a proper request is because I don't really want to contribute to the endless circlejerking of botches on here.
