dunno about Javelin but Destiny 2 has BattleEye which is also kernel level
it failed to catch 400 cheaters of the 600 players who cleared (note cleared) the newest raid during the world's first race
so it's hard to trust these invasive applications from actually doing their fucking job and not just spying on you
