Shakti is the Holy Spirit, the jews call her Shekhinah, the second letter of the Tetragrammaton Y(H)WH.
No, you misunderstand. The primordial Buddha is a representation of the pure consciousness, just like Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. Nirvana is the enlightenment state where ones consciousness has been aligned with the primordial mind, the ego dies because you're one with the Dharmakaya. Gurus are considered to be the Dharmakaya in the flesh, what you call God in the flesh. Every disciple has to recognize that, and with the attainment of Rigpa, you understand that you and the Guru are one because you're both "little gs". The Dharmakaya, which is not something that is attained because it is your true nature, rather you are just brought to your true self with the shedding of the ego like a snake sheds its skin. With the attainment of this, you'll have Siddhis, which masters use to demonstrate that the practices are true. Similar to where Jesus said "believe the works".
To give you an example, one ritual of Vajrayogini is you go to a cemetery where ghosts, among other things, reside. You sit in front of a fire and meditate on Vajrayogini flaying your body and offering it to the ghosts of the cemetery. This is called Chod and the purpose is for ego death, through which Vajrayogini transforms you into your true self by flaying the impure body, the lower self of sin which draws you away from enlightenment.
You should study Vedanta too for a good understanding of non-duality.
