Doing increasingly difficult shit and NEVER bitch about it.
I thought I had a strong will until I had to carry 1 square cube of concrete from the 4th floor through intense rain AFTER my full time job, with no food in my stomach. My palms had bloody blisters by the time I was done, and some fucker (me due to dusty eyeglasses and tiredness) fissured a water pipe so I then had to urgently crawl through a muddy basement to stop the running water, repair the pipe then crawl again to restart the water.
It wouldn't even have been so bad but I did it in a rush and had no gloves on, so my paranoia hit me very hard that day since I had the bloody blisters and crawled through the muddy basement, all I kept thinking about was fucking viruses and whatever.

Everything I've done after that day seemed like vacation.

I pity my wife, her family is extremely demanding and they have a knack for guilt tripping her. She can't function properly without their input, it's been more than once that I thought about divorcing and leaving her with her retarded family, but every time I think about her I'm filled with love and pity. I hate her family but I love her (and she also loves me)
I want to get rid of them for good because they are nothing but leeches and freeloaders, not even the house they live in is theirs, I've never seen such a bunch of losers. What can I do? What should I do?

The lower body is the primary force generator in humans, with the upper body acting as vectors and chains to the lower body engine. A well developed and strong lower body is capable of doing more, has more overall potential and acting in a more powerful manner when facing adversity. It is capable of moving more mass and generating more force overall, even in punches the bulk of the force of the punch comes from the legs, through the torso and into the extended arm. The hips are a more stable version of the shoulder, the knee of the elbow, everything the upper body is, the lower body is a better version of.
The only 1 good and main advantage of the upper body is the ability to grab thorough the hands, but without a strong lower body it's still not AS useful.
Conclusion, triangle wins.
