To clear some things, this is my first time clearing 5-5, i tried few years ago and it was bullshit so i gave up for some time. Now i only have 5-5 and 6-5 q left so i'm forcing myself to clear it. Changed Kaga to fighter mule (+ 1 TB), gave Yukki the AAA radar for aaci and got 3 boss kills, after ~20-25 tries. I'll wait for buckets to hit cap and try to do the rest. Thanks for suggestions

My Shigu can OAWS, that's why she's there, OASW + ASW in first phase will take care of sub, 2x torp for night battle.
Hoteld don't have hole yet. I have some free reinforcements, but will one more light AAA or skilled lockouts help much? I don't have second special RADAR.

Yuki is for AACI (i changed SG for GFCS) and night double attack, i can try replacing her with Hatsu, i have her at ~90 lvl, I use Shigu for high luck and ability to OASW with only sonar.
Is jet worth more than 2 slots of standard fighters? (3 now, i went for AS on boss)
Im using Line Ahead on boss, I guess echelon is for taking care of sub? That's not the problem, Shigu can take her. It's just Princesses are so tanky that they can take full night double attack from my Yamaotos and survive.

She's good enough for clearing bar sub, i'll take full OASW Flecher or something dor quests after clearing.
Smoke disappointed me a lot of times, but Kaga is good to get AS on boss to enable cut ins and night recon

Btw. I saw on wiki that if you see Princess as boss, you should just gave up and reset, really?
