Its a non nosense build, the case is spartan but very well reviewed, 2TB hard drive, you might switch it for a 1TB if you think its enough. Might need to purchase a couple extra fans for the case.

That build is missing a gpu, for my money i would pick up a 5070TI (800-900) but out of the 3 sensible choices for your needs its the higher tier one, you can also consider a 5070 (500-600) a 5060TI (400-500) or an 9070xt from AMD (600-700).
The 5060TI should probably trade punches with your 3080 while also having access to newer tech (newer dsll, frame gen) the 5070 5070TI just improve in performance. The 9070xt is comparable to the 5070TI in computing power but from amd with the boons and flaws that come with being amd.

I think thats something you should decide based on your budget and needs but the rest of the build i gave you is simply solid.
