This is 100% true. I live in LA and when I drive down to Marina Del Rey there are large clustered luxury apartments around Google and other tech buildings. When you drive through it is ALL Asians. And I don’t mean Koreatown Asians where you know they are supposed to be. I mean secret self-contained neighborhoods (shops, schools, parks, etc.)where everybody is an H1B jest insectoid and they can walk to their tech job.
