Any thread with "fat" in the comment field gets picked up. Not just the subject line. You can also always check the "Current Threads" list on fattycontest to see which threads the script is actively watching, so that's not something you should really worry about.
So the issue is less that you should be worried about if the script is picking it up, so long as they copy and pasted the body it should pick it up fine, and more that if you make a thread and forget the subject line the thread becomes a little harder to find. That thread was particularly bad because it bundled a completely irrelevant meme as the OP with a missing subject line. So both a cursory glance at the catalogue and a search for "fat loss general" wouldn't pick it up, hence how we ended up with two threads again. This used to be more of an issues and the nunfag has actually helped with this as you can usually just look for the nuns and they stick out in the catalogue with their bright colors, you don't even need to type "fat loss" into the search to find it most of the time, its usually on the first few pages and its the only thumbnail that looks like that.
