if a place closes at 10pm that means they close the doors at that time it doesnt mean thats when people that work there walk out the door.

why is it so hard to understand that A GOOD RESTAURANT DOES NOT CLEAN THE KITCHEN EARLY DOES NOT START CLEANING UP AT 9PM WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 10PM. 10PM YOU CLOSE THE DOORS AND START CLEANING AND YOUR JOB IS DONE AT 11.
