>If valve gives us something vita sized I'm all over it.
I'd also like that, if not Valve at least a competent company making their own version of a SteamDeck-like handheld that doesn't cook itself to death. I'd be willing to accept a slightly less powerful CPU/GPU to achieve that and reduce cost.

Maybe when ARM CPU's get more support for x86 games you'll have that battery life but progress for that is slow.
Coincidentally enough System76 makes a ARM desktop PC but that isn't exactly a cheap computer not to mention Linux on ARM in general also ain't quite there yet unless your willing to tolerating using Jewbuntu's experimental OS. Plus that's more of a dev computer for large corporations basically.

>RELEASE STEAMOS FOR PERSONAL COMPUTERS
Anon SteamOS is basically just Arch linux with a recolored KDE.
You can download/install any distro you want and then just use big picture mode with what ever controller you have laying around right now.
I'm experiencing the SteamOS experience right now on an old Dell OptiPlex paired with a PS4 controller.
Your missing out, playing vidya on your porch on a light breezy day is comfy.
