Yeah. You should be able to find it quite easily. However the scans are not the best, but it's easier to find than english translations of the Legends manga.

That's where they got the name but Shadow Striker's design in the show was inspired by Nightracer. She was even intended to be Nightracer but due to licensing reasons they couldn't use the name. So they used Shadow Striker instead. Hence why her gun is yellow in her concept art.
