I sometimes see people complain about Pepe/Wojak OP images, in which case I just delete the image and complaint post, and leave it at that.

I haven't been told NOT to do this, so I assume it's not wrong.

I agree pretty strongly with this. Unless it's like a topical themed Pepe/Wojak that fits the thread theme, I think it's a poor OP image.
