Question for Quinn players here
How much better is Electrocute over PTA? (Besides going Fleet Footwork from time to time)
I see Electrocute used on her everywhere but losing out on Presence of Mind and Legend: Alacrity sounds horrible

But then im losing out on Celerity and Gathering Storm which are really strong as well
Domination runes seem mid in comparison to those
Cheapshot is okay but the second choice is pretty bad i feel and the third option being Relentless Hunter feels weak compared to Celerity too
