As a kid, I loved watching the Super Duper Sumos (Don’t fucking ask) but also had an over weight mom. I wasn’t even aware she was self-conscious about it so I just innocently complimented her by saying “You could be a Super Duper Sumo, mom!”

That actually made her ugly cry and my dad was PISSED. Dude chewed me out and years later it still hurts to think about it whenever I see that damn show brought up.
