Qiyana's element doesnt trigger electrocute
I've played like 1000 hours of her she doesn't have any cheats. You always have to hit 3 things.
I had Opp, Youmuus, Seryldas and ioinia boots so no damage at all.
Runes are just standard Qiyana elec no triggers there either so i legit do not know
