black cleaver is not a 1v1 tank dueling item its a team-amp item. the main value you get from Black Cleaver is when another person beside you is attacking the same target (this is said assuming your target doesnt have some sort of armor-ratio you are trying to mitigate in order to weaken them ala Rammus/Lil Nas). at full effectiveness Cleaver gives -30% armor whereas Last Whisper items give a upfront 30-40% pen with LDR being the highest.

Generally then it comes to beating tanks you actually will need to somewhat rely on your champion kit to do the heavy lifting moreso than your items. most top lane champions are balanced around having tools to help them deal w tank champions but what you are looking for is any combination or slew of %hp damage,%shred, True or %pen. If you are playing something like Briar or Interior Crocodile make sure you sequence your %shred ability FIRST before your other damaging abilities.

How fair is punishing you for performing? For example, in the 33 minutes timeframe in your picture I just know you lost a fight and gave a thousand bounties to the enemy team, with the enemy adc possibly getting 2 or 3 bounties and earning 1.5k gold or more at once. Last week I lost a match were my team and me were completely fed but somehow we gave 4 or so bounties to the very gapped enemy adc and he surpassed us in gold and carried the game. When the game ended he had less kills and farm than our adc but he had 5k gold more.

Also even if your rank shows silver, your mmr are much higher and you don't usually play against silver players but other smurfs or the players game thinks are at your level

I’ve been playing league for a bit more than 2 years, two tricked lillia and briar in jungle until I understood it wasn’t the role for me. I switched to midlane more or less 1 year ago opting ahri and keeping hwei as my go to pick just in case ahri ie picked or banned. I’ve played all this time only in normals because ranked was so scary to me I couldn’t get in Q, it was stronger than me. I spent so much time studying the game because in genuinely fascinated by league, I’m so much in love with Ahri, i did all the research to understand what I’m doint, i even have a 30pages long book about what i know about Ahri with matchups runes and items. And in these days i finally overcame it, a friend of mine insisted that i tried, and i did, i thought i was the worst of the worst, an iron player, i’ve always been placed there and never did the games to rank up, and today not only i reached bronze, i also got to silver, and im not too far away from gold either. Its a very weird feeling, im in a long winstreak with insane lp gains, even the games i was filled top where i played Sett, a champ that i have 0 mastery on, in a role i know nothing about, i still won. I feel like everything i did wasnt pointless, im so happy, im aware I still have much to learn and im so down for it, my dream rank always was platinum or even emerald, i wish i can get there!

I checked my old vayne jungle clear footage from back when Q cooldown was 4 seconds and I was doing 3:32-3:38 with smite saved for scuttle, under 3:30 with both smites used.
Camp health wasn't changed since then I'm pretty sure. W damage on first clear was 138 to buff camps, 123 to gromp, 96 to the big wolf, 84 to the biggest golem and 72 to the big wraith (I'm not calling them raptors, fuck you). Q start used to be optimal back then but it'll definitely be W now unless you'll find yourself in need of Q in an invade or something.
I was told you can actually buy doran items as a jungler after you get your final smite upgrade (when the jungle item disappears from your inventory). Dblade is so cost effective that it can still be a decent pickup that late into the game if you need immediate power. Apparently there's a high elo belveth player who does this but I can imagine it's also valuable on ADCs in the jungle.

Not him but the actual rank thing is not true, all that matters when the game wants you to sit at 50% win rate, is lp. If you are at 50% win rate and you have 0 difference in gains, meaning you get the same amount as you lose (+25/-25), then you are where you belong. But because the lp system is a mess just as much as the matchmaking, you can get instances where someone is sub 50% win rate and be somewhere decent in rank, because their gain is higher.
So the reasoning becomes: "Win more!", and you want. But you have MMR and matchmaking being (dare say purposely) inconsistent. It's absurd how much players talk about skill when the game is a slot machine, where you have to roll a number of players that, if you are good enough (not a lot), allow you to influence the game in a meaningful way.
