i played the pbe illaoi
on my giga AD builds (400 minimum at 6 items) W is down to ~19-20% from what would be 25-27%
i am fine with that, E actually works now (again) and I don't like Illaoi being so statchecky anyway

Illaoi is actually more degen now than she was pre-phreak lol
the guaranteed second slam on spirits + grasp procs means you are basically unmovable in lane if you can land your stuff (i can)
the only limiter now is mana

illaoi can waveclear at level 9 again
110% on tentacles is much better than 105%
these changes are still bad and phreak is still inept but at least it's more of a sidegrade now
