There are important factors in becoming better at league that people normally wouldn't think of.

Your brain thinks in waves or hz. Normally people think in beta waves, which is a frequency between 12-30 HZ. It's a feeling of being in a state of alertness, while also potentially nervous / anxious.

Alpha waves are between 8-12, and it's also being alert, but relaxed at the same time. Generally human beings try to achieve being in this wavelength for maximum wavelength benefits.

Kassadin isn't really a champion until 16 though, so it's not really fair to compare him to Zed.
Master players are used to Master / Diameme movements, and can predict those. They cannot predict the absolutely insane and random plays that Silver players tend to make.
Emerald and Plat players are still bad at the game and can still predict somewhat what lower elos will do.
At least that's my case as an Emerald playing with Silvers, where I regularly question peoples plays, and their positioning, and trying to understand what they were going for.
