As the game is currently on NA, her card lock isn't particularly useful for anyone but herself in practice because there's no way to get a good hand to show up consistently in the first place, so in actual practical use its best usecase is just "activate it when she happens to get a good hand herself" if you're using her in general.
The addition of Ciel, and now Olga and Ishtar's buff, there are servants that actively address that - you can force a good hand consistently, and that means you can lock a good hand consistently too. Again that still hasn't made it useful for farming very often, but it does make her potential as a support servant for card lock vastly more viable.
