yeah, they also wore Ukrainian uniforms or even civilian clothing, stealing washing machines. Very peculiar, good thing Zelinsky emptied the prisons so they can be fought off. Unfortunately we'll never know which unit attacked Kiev, very sad.

but that's not what happened, Russians retreated in good order and evacuated civilians as well. Meanwhile Ukrainians were so buckbroken, they just stood there watching while everything unfolded. They didn't even try to hinder or pursue, they even waited couple days after the last Russian left the city before entering. They were THAT scared and to be honest, who can blame them, after getting slaughtered for a whole year by undermanned Russian garrison.
