Fallout 4 was meant to come out in 2014, not 2015, then the main team had to help the B-Team when Fallout 76 was shit, then Starfield ran into development issues due to the procgen stuff and scope of the game not working out + COVID. It's why there were eight years between F4 and Starfield, and it's why it's been 14 years since Skyrim came out.
