I agree that with the Backlash change it would be a bit much now, but the fact that they put the HP leech on fucking Ourouboros which take like 2sec to actually register its hit is dumb IMHO, even though it does allocate to do stuff like Ouroboros >Snake scales or Guard to get damage and heal while mitigating but it's more of a niche use.
