No I dont support red flag laws as they seize the guns up front before said due process occurs. But at the same time you can always 5150 an actual human and give them a psych evaluation with sufficient evidence.
Yes I am aware that no process is perfect and there is always room for abuse on behalf of authority figures.
Since we cannot be perfect we must proceed as best we can.
