My logic is that my depression and general anxiety stems from self-esteem issues. Am I right? Probably not.
If I were though, testosterone specifically would of course lead to physical gains, but also mental benefits just by the nature of testosterone.
Seeing my body improve combined with the direct benefits of testosterone would result in a significant self-esteem and confidence boost, thereby eliminating the root issue.

I remember some sloppy unity made indie 2d platformer being based on very classic mariolike gameplay and levels being comprised of “nuggets” - little fragments that the author made himself which then were composed into a longer level by the generator
I wonder if we could make a project like that - everyone submits little map fragments with enemies and then some generator like oblige restricted to only use those fragments would compose a short wad which would be personalized for every player - all the novelty of random generation without the soulless slop aspect of it
There could be different categories of fragments to submit - corridor, item room, weapon room, secret, boss room and so on

Depends on the circumstances. If I need to keep silent or I need the takedown to happen then I prod with the prod, otherwise that's a crowbar or Dragon Tooth to the spine.
