It's a being of pure energy, an Ophanim (aka Biblically Accurate Angel). Not technological at all but when it gets here it will "emanate" a bunch of its "Angels" into physical form to serve him. It can create intelligent life out of thin air.

This is why Jews sacrificed the Red Heifer and why "aliens" are "coincidentally" showing up just 2 years after humans all took a DNA altering "vaccine". It's the reason mysterious "drones" were flying all around nuclear bases etc just 6 months ago. It's the reason all billionaires just completed their doomsday bunkers.
