There is content in XU that could work with TFR, especially its very extreme brands of liberal extremism. I could see some of their Extinction Rebellion plans working in the EU path. The content involved national suicide through mass sterilization/euthanasia for the sake of the environment. That's something I could see the world government doing post-catharsis.

Integrating either mod whole cloth though? Never and honestly the ER path is a stretch too.
