Depends on what kind of player you are and what are your strenghts and weaknesses.

For me it was the most difficult game because of Isshin essentially having 4 phases if you count Genichiro and to me remembering so many attack patterns and properly responding to all of them without mistakes was my undoing, wouldn't even be a problem in of itself if the stagger meter wouldn't immediately reset the moment you made a mistake and were knocked down / forced to retreat to heal, if Genichiro was the same I would have been filtered there and would have had to quit the game.

It's not even about reaction time but consistently doing it without faltering. By contrast I had absolutely no problems with >>719831686 mentioned, Souls in general can be gimmicked in ways Sekiro can't.
