The state is great at addressing secondary and tertiary causes without ever addressing the primary cause. A piece of software isn't the point. The primary cause of abuse and trafficking is broken homes that make vulnerable children, a primary cause is the lack of stable homes and an ever increasing assault on marriage as an institution. That's what increases the "attack surface" on account of being the only attack surface, that is vulnerable children.

A browser existing isn't magically going to harm a child like the butterfly effect.
>If only that butterfly didn't flap its wings!

Real solutions that are not as easy as pushing a button and banning meme XYZ but will actually fucking work:

>the state should stop importing pedophilic cultures en-masse
>the state should start building up the institution of marriage instead of subsidizing divorce
>the financial sector can cooperate a lot more with law enforcement in combatting these networks
>there should be investigations into corruption in law enforcement who cover up these networks
>bring back police foot patrols to serious levels in order to safeguard communities instead of doing fuck all
