>Give Undertale a chance
>Very cute artstyle, instantly likable visually
>very good music
>Toriel is cute and genuinely lovable
>Battle with Toriel and the foreshadowing of mysteries were great then you move on
>Character gets introduced: Aren't I quirky XDDD
>Okay, cool.
>Another character talks with you: Aren't I quirkeehh XDDD
>Yeah I get it.
>Character 3: I'm le so quirky XD
>At least have funny lines. Being randumb doesn't automatically mean funny.
>Character 4: I am quirky BAZINGA
>Ok the humor is normalfag reddit shit, but at least the gameplay and music are good.
>The rest of the characters: long dog, short dog, bork bork woof woof XDD, ___ animal but says something with reddit-isms
>Flowey just ends up wanting to be God and using the 7 dragonballs/emeralds to turn into a lamer version of Giygas, you also ask for help to win just like with Giygas
>The Asriel shit with Flowey was completely unnecessary and was just there to add more furrybait characters and designs
>Sans fight in genocide route was the only objectively great part of the game, 10 out of 10 amazing fight with great narrative and buildup
Overall, Undertale is ok. If you played actual bullet hells, you'd know this is baby shit. This is like Nolanfags thinking his movies are deep because they only watched a total of 20 films in their normalfag lifetimes. When you don't play many videogames, you'd think Undertale is innovative and special but it's really not. It's not challenging enough to be stimulating in a way that's groundbreaking. The story just feels like a copypaste of anime/older rpgs, Toby Fox himself said it's just that other game but with furries. So the writing isn't great either. Undertale without nostalgia goggles or furry bias is just 5/10. Haters who seethe at it are wrong but trannies who overpraise it are also wrong. ( haven't played Deltarune yet so I can't speak on it yet)
