If you really had to choose -- if some psycho with a time machine put you in some kinda "Sophie's Choice" scenario -- then at least it'd be technically possible to recover from getting raped. Don't get me wrong, it wouldn't be easy. It's pretty close to impossible, actually. But it's not impossible on the same level that growing back an amputated body part is impossible.
