>Keep looking for a better opportunity
I know, but what i found awful in indog working culture is that it's hard to go back to your actual lane.
Let's say i keep webdevfagging at home outside work, would they rather hire me who've bouncing around different kind of work or hire someone who's been a webdev thru and thru in a linear path

I once worked with someone who's a graphic design graduate in my government general affair job. She's overworked to death not only she has to crank out 3-5 presentations each day, she also has to organize million documents, take meeting notes (there's like 3 meetings everyday), edit videos, deal with complaints from lesser and adjacent departments, and many more. She copes by listening to murottal everyday, and her salary is like 4,5 despite already working there for 2 years.
