that's an inhouse designer for you.
When corporation or government niggers have 1 or 2 graphic designers, they wont bother recruiting any more manpower to support those people. this is why in indonesia a graphic designer is basically a multimedia people, meaning that their responsibility was not only handling a graphic design like in photoshop or illustrator but also video editing, sometimes taking the footage themselves, animation, motion graphic, rebranding, social media, even website redesign, or even worse html and css like bro the graphic design wasnt even graphic design anymore, this shit is literal frontend job; they will be overworked to death and got paid with a small amount of salary equivalent to $100-$200 despite being the only staff in their design division (most of the times they will assign graphic designer to marketing team and give them the same level staff salary as their fellow marketers even), and that's not even the worst part of it. Your boomer boss is basically your client and you will spend weeks even months going back and forth talking to that aestheticlet people about layout and color, only to find out that the first design that you made six weeks ago is now being preferable to them. And if your design was about to get printed, you're the one who will go to the any print shop and bring all those fucking banners, or papers, or company profile, business card, all that shit back to your office despite your title is literally a graphic designer.
